We are currently recruiting:

A manufacturing assistant

This high impact role assures that products manufactured comply with our stringent design standards, operating procedures, and other applicable regulations. Because our business is dynamic and advances in science and technology require new methods of production we are looking for individuals who can do the following:

- Monitor the manufacturing processes and assist our suppliers in development of processes and quality assurance procedures.

- Coordinate our day-to-day activities and logistics in the Far East area in relation with each of ours suppliers’ factories.

- Collaborate with our suppliers in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and action plans.

- Support activities in the areas of cost containment, efficiency, productivity, energy conservation, waste minimization, operational excellence and lean practices.

- Demonstrate integrity, credibility and flexibility in their daily performance so as to motivate others to do the same.

- Assure compliance with safety and environmental practices.

Technical background is a must:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in Manufacturing plant and logistics or equivalent environment.

- Computer literacy in MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel

- Ability to speak and communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
